Chiftelute din broccoli

“Inca o reteta de chiftele verzi!!!” 🙂 stiuuu ca asta o sa ganditi. Dar de data aceasta nu sunt vegetariene, din contra sunt pline cu bunatati porcine si branzeturi delicioase. Chiar daca predomina verdele, bucatele de bacon crocant si parmesan sfaramicios se regasesc pierdute intre broccoli-ul moale si pufos. Prin aceste chiftele am putut sa combin toate placerile unei pofticioase ca mine [si vinovate si nevinovate] . In plus se fac super – sim – plu 😀


– o capatana de broccoli;
– 2 oua;
– un bol de pesmet;
– un bol de parmesan ras;
– 2 catei de usturoi;
– bacon crocant;
– sare si piper.


Prima se fierbe capatana de broccoli, taiata in bucati mai mici, cu sare si piper. Se lasa cam 5 minute in clocot, dupa care se stoarce de apa. Se da apoi prin blender, pana se toaca marunt. Se adauga cele 2 oua, un bol de pesmet, 2 catei de usturoi, un bol de parmezan ras, si sunca crocanta, taiata marunt. Se amesteca bine toate ingredientele. Se formeaza chiftele, si se pun intr-o tava tapetata cu hartie de copt. Se dau la cuptor pentru 15 minute.
Cand s-au rumenit pe toate partile si exteriorul este crocant se scot pe farfurie. Se pot manca langa o garnitura sau alaturi de un sos. Noi am optat pentru un sos de rosii picant, imbunatatit cu sos Piri-Piri de la saptamana iberica de la Lidl.
Chiftelutele sunt absolut delicioase, pufoase in interior si crocante in exterior, le-am devorat pe toate. Si ne-am consolat cu gandul ca de fapt am mancat ditamai broccoli-ul, si doar putin bacon 😛 .



Here is another “green patties recipe” 🙂 I know I’ve been doing those a lot lately. But these are quite special, because they are not vegetarian. No, no, no…they actually combine some of my quilty pleasures: bacon and cheese. Beside the giant broccoli, I’ve also added crispy bacon and grated parmesan cheese. Perfectly delicious and almooost healthy 🙂 .


– one big broccoli;
– 2 eggs;
– one bowl of breadcrumbs;
– one bowl of grated parmesan;
– 2 garlic cloves;
– crispy bacon;
– salt & pepper.


First, boil the broccoli in water, with salt and pepper. Let it simmer arround 5 minutes, then drain it from water. Put it in a blender and chop it finely. Add the eggs, the bowl of breadcrumbs, the garlic cloves, the bowl of parmesan and the crispy bacon. Mix them well together. Shape them round, like meatballs and place them in a tray covered with baking sheet. Bake them arround 15 minutes, or until golden and crispy on the outside.
Let them cool a little bit and then dive in 😀 . You can also make some garnish aside, but we ate them with a spicy tomato sauce [we added Piri-piri hot spanish sauce].
They are absolutely delicious, soft and fluffy on the inside and crunchy on the outside. We ate them all, but consoled ourselves with the fact that we ate an entire broccoli next to some bacon. Hope you will enjoy them as much as we did. Bon appetit!
