Este timpul pentru o noua combinatie inedita si [daca mai e nevoie sa o spun] fenomenal de buna. De data aceasta m-am intors la vechea mea pasiune, pastele. In orice forma ar fi, ador pastele. Acum am lucrat cu niste farfalle dragute. Am vazut o reteta pe Munchies, pentru Green Mac and Cheese, si direct mi s-au aprins beculetele, trebuie facute am zis. Am adaptat[evident] reteta originala la propriul meu frigider, intr-un mod simplu si relaxat. Au iesit niste paste delicioase cu spanac, bechamel si cheddar.


INGREDIENTE


– 500 gr farfalle sau alte paste mici;
– o cutie de baby spinach;
– o mana de frunze de busuioc proaspat;
– 2-3 linguri ulei de masline;
– 2 catei de usturoi;
– 200 gr cheddar sau parmesan ras;
– 100 gr unt;
– 2 cani lapte;
– putina faina;
– sare si piper;
– pesmet.


MOD DE PREPARARE


Prima data se pun pastele la fiert, in apa cu sare. Pana fierb pastele se fac celelalte bunatati, pesto-ul de spanac si bechamelul.
Pesto: in blender se pune spanacul, impreuna cu frunzele de busuioc, cei 2 catei de usturoi, sare, pipper, putin cheddar ras[cam 100 gr] si 2 -3 linguri de ulei de masline. Se amesteca totul bine-bine.
Bechamelul se face in modul clasic. Intr-o cratita se topeste cam 100 gr unt, se adauga putina faina, si se lasa sa se faca putin rantas. Cand faina este aurie se toarna laptele si cheddarul ras [cam 50 gr]. Se pune putin piper, si se amesteca in continuu pana se ingroasa. Cand este cremos se opreste focul. Se toarna peste bechamel sosul de pesto din blender. Se amesteca bine.
Intre timp pastele s-au fiert, se scurg de apa si se pun intr-o tava. Se toarna peste ele jumatate din sos si se amesteca bine, pana a ajuns pe toate pastele. Restul de sos se toarna deasupra. Se mai face un amestec de pesmet cu cheddar ras[restul de 50 gr] si se pune uniform peste paste. Se da la cuptor pana se rumeneste deasupra pesmetul.
Si gata, se pot servi. Sunt magnifice, usoare si gata de hranit oamenii flamanzi 🙂 .

It’s time for a fresh new combination and [if I still need to say it] phenomenally good. This time I went back to my old passion, pasta. In any form, I love pasta. Now I’ve been working with some pretty farfalle. I saw a recipe on Munchies, for Green Mac and Cheese, and I just had to try it on. I had to adapt the original recipe to my own refrigerator, in a simple and relaxed way. The result: a delicious pasta dish with spinach, bechamel and cheddar.


INGREDIENTS


– 500 g farfalle or other small pasta;
– one box of baby spinach;
– a handful of fresh basil leaves;
– 2-3 tablespoons olive oil;
– 2 cloves of garlic;
– 200 g cheddar or parmesan cheese, grated;
– 100 g butter;
– 2 cups of milk;
– a little flour;
– salt and pepper;
– breadcrumbs.


METHOD OF PREPARATION


First, boil the pasta in salted water. Until the pasta is cooked, prepare the other two components, the spinach pesto and the bechamel sauce.
Pesto: In the blender, put the spinach, along with the basil leaves, 2 cloves of garlic, salt, pipper, a little grated cheddar[about 100 g]  and 2-3 tablespoons of olive oil. Mix them all well.
Bechamel: In a saucepan make it in the classic way. Melt about 100 grams of butter and add a little flour, and make a roux. When it’s golden pour over the milk and the grated cheddar[about 50g]. Add a little pepper, and stir continuously until it thickens. When it’s creamy, stop the fire. Pour over the bechamel the pesto sauce from the blender. Mix them together well.
Meanwhile, if the pasta has boiled, drain them and place them in a ceramic tray. Pour over half of the sauce and mix until it has covered all the pasta. Pour the rest of the sauce on top of the pasta. Make a mixture of chopped cheddar[the rest of 50g] and breadcrumbs and spread evenly over pasta. Bake in the oven until the breadcrumbs are golden and crispy.
And done, they are ready to be served. This dish is magnificent, tasty and ready to feed the hungry people in the room 🙂 .
