Am primit de curand o caserola uriasa cu afine, proaspete si gustoase. Sunt bune si asa, mega sanatoase, dar am avut chef de ceva dulce, asa ca am facut niste muffins cu ele.
Ca de obicei am cautat o reteta usoara, fara prea multe si prea complicate ingrediente.
Timpul total de lucru: 10 minute preparatul + 20 de minute la cuptor. Perfect!

Ingredientele sunt urmatoarele:

– o cana si jumatate de faina;
– trei sferturi cana de zahar, plus o lingura pentru a presara deasupra aluatului la sfarsit;
– o jumatate lingurita de sare;
– 2 lingurite praf de copt;
– un sfert de cana de ulei vegetal;
– un ou intreg;
– o jumatate de cana de lapte;
– o lingurita jumatate de extract de vanilie;
-si cel mai important afinele, eu am folosit proaspete, dar merg si cele congelate;

Se pregatesc si se amesteca ingredientele uscate si separat ingredientele umede.
Adica intr-un bol am amestecat faina, cu zaharul, cu sarea, cu praful de copt, iar in alt bol, am batut oul, cu laptele, cu uleiul si esenta de vanilie. Dupa ce le-am amestecat bine, se combina cele doua boluri, dar se amesteca usor cu o furculita, pentru a pastra aluatul fraged.  Se adauga si afinele, si se omogenizeaza incet cu furculita amestecul.
Se pun fie in tava cu forme de muffins mai mare, fie in tava cu 12 forme, eu am avut niste forme de aluminiu mai mici si mi-au iesit 12 bucati. Dupa ce se pune aluatul in fiecare forma, se presara putin zahar deasupra, si se da la cuptorul incins.
Dupa 20 de minute sunt gata, eu am verificat cu scobitoarea, care nu da gres.
Au fost super fragede si gutoase, putin crocante la exterior si moi la interior.
Merg de minune cu cafeaua de dimineata, sau ceaiul de la ora 5 : ) .

I recently received a huge caserole of fresh, juicy blueberries. I usually eat them fresh, but now I was in the mood for something sweet, so I baked some muffins.

As usual the recipe is very easy, with a few simple and basic ingredients.
Prep time: 10 minutes, and 20 more minutes in the oven. Perfect!

Ingredients:

– 1 and 1/2 cup of flour;
– 3/4 cup of sugar, plus one extra spoon for the end;
– 1/2 teaspoon of salt;
– 2 teaspoon baking powder;
– 1/4 cup of oil;
– one egg;
– 1/2 cup of milk;
– 1 and 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract;
– and fresh blueberries, but any berries, frozen or fresh go as well;

Mix the dry and the wet ingredients, separately.
In a bowl I mixed the flour, salt and baking powder together. In another one I’ve beat the egg, with the milk, the oil and the vanilla extract. Add the wet ingredients over the dry ingredients, and stir them gently with a fork to keep the dough light and fluffy. In the end add gently the blueberries, and incorporate them well.
Put them into a muffin pan, and sprinkle some sugar on each of them before putting them in the oven. Then put them in the preheated oven for about 20 minutes.
Check them and take them out if they are done. After they cool a little bit , they are ready to eat.

Soo tender and tasty, go soo well with coffee in the morning, or tea in the evening. A perfect snack.
