Urmeaza Sandwich-ul lui Adrian. I-am spus asa pentru ca este creatia lui.  Perfecta pentru o Sambata lenesa, cand afara e frig si intunecat. Eu am asistat cu aparatul, documentand momentul pentru posteritate 🙂 .

Nu e nici un secret ca we are beer people, iar acest sandwich este snack-ul de bere ideal. Se face super simplu, trebuie combinate doar niste ingrediente si aruncate in cuptor. Iese o nebunie, asemanatoare cu pizza la gust, care hraneste bine de tot doi oameni flamanzi. In plus se pot pune dupa preferintele fiecaruia diverse bunatati inauntru.


INGREDIENTE


– o paine gen franzela, putin mai mare;
– 200 ml sos de rosii putin picant, ori il faceti cum va place, ori luati un ketchup gata facut;
– 100 gr mozzarella;
– o mana de busuioc, fie proaspat, fie uscat;
– felii de salam uscat, sau sunca sau carnat;
– 2 cepe rosii mici, taiate pestisori;
– 2 ardei grasi rosii sau galbeni, taiati cubulete;
– 200 gr cascaval, ras.


MOD DE PREPARARE


1. Se taie un capac la paine, si se scoate miezul. Painea ramane ca un bol, gata sa primeasca restul de ingrediente. Se ia putin si miezul din capacul de paine, ca sa acopere mai usor interiorul.

2.In interiorul painii se pune un prim strat de sos de rosii;

3. Apoi se adauga un strat de mozzarella;

4. Urmeaza apoi un strat de busuioc, fie frunze proaspete fie uscat;

5.Urmatoarele sunt feliile de salam (sau sunca/carnati)

6.Peste salam se presara ceapa rosie;

7.Apoi se pun ardei rosii, taiati cubulete;

8. Peste ardei se pune mare parte a casacavalului ras. Se mai lasa putin pentru a se acoperi painea inainte de-a o da la cuptor.

9. Iar ultimul strat se mai pune putin sos de rosii, atat deasupra casacava;u;ui dar si in interiorul capacului.

10. Cand este gata asamblata, se infoliaza painea in folie de aluminiu si se preseaza cam 20 de minute. Noi am folosit un tocator de lemn mai greu. Astfel se combina aromele in coaja painii si se face mai moale.

11. Dupa 20 de minute se scoate din folie si se pune intr-o tava tapetata cu hartie de copt. Se pune putin cascaval ras deasupra si se da la cuptor. Se lasa cam 30 de minute, pana se topeste cascavalul si se rumeneste painea mai bine.

12. Se scoate si se taie in 8 bucati. Si gata, combinatia ideala langa un pahar de bere.

This one is called Adrian’s Sandwich. I named this recipe like that because it’s his creation. Perfect for a lazy Saturday, when it’s cold and dark outside. I was behind the camera documenting the moment for posterity :).

There is no secret that we are beer people, and this sandwich is the ideal beer snack. It is super simple, only some ingredients have to be combined and toss everything in the oven. The taste is similar to a pizza, it’s a delicious mess. In addition, you can put inside any goodies you like, any combo of ingredients, just be creative 🙂 .


INGREDIENTS


– One loaf of bread;
– 200 ml spicy tomato sauce, either prepare it yourself, or use ketchup;
– 100 g mozzarella;
– a handful of basil, either fresh or dried;
– slices of salami, or ham or sausage;
– 2 small red onions, cut;
– 2 red or yellow peppers, cut cubes;
– 200 g grated Cheese.


METHOD OF PREPARATION


1. Cut a lid to the bread, and remove the core. The bread remains like a bowl, ready to receive the rest of the ingredients. Take a little bit of the bread crumb core to cover the interior more easily.

2. Inside the bread, lay a first layer of tomato sauce;

3. Then add a layer of mozzarella;

4. Then next, add a layer of basil, either fresh or dry leaves;

5.Add the salami slices (or ham / sausage)

6.Spread the red onion over the salami;

7. Then put the red pepper, cut in cubes;

8. Add next most of the grated cheese. Leave a little to cover the bread before putting it into the oven.

9. And the last layer is a little tomato sauce, both on top of the cheese, but also inside the lid.

10. When assembled, cover the bread in aluminum foil and press for about 20 minutes. We used a harder wood chipper. This combines the flavors in the bark and makes it softer.

11. After 20 minutes remove the foil and put it in a baking tray covered with baking sheet. Put a little cheese on top and put it in the oven. Leave for about 30 minutes to melt the cheese and brown the bread better.

12. Remove and cut into 8 pieces. And ready, the ideal combination next to a glass of beer. Enjoy!
