Ce poti face cu aluat congelat si niste seminte de susan? Multe chestii interesante for sure, dar eu va prezint mai jos doar 3 dintre ele, pe care le pregatesc frecvent, si care ma salveaza de la agitatie inutila. Sunt variante de snack-uri sarate, care merg la adunari, alaturi de o bere rece sau un vin bun.

Ingrediente:
– o foaie de aluat de patiserie, congelat, modelul pentru placinta nu strudel.
– un ou;
– seminte de susan, chimen, sare;
– si variante pentru umplutura: branza, ciuperci, varza.

Combinatia nr. 1:
Foaia de aluat se taie in 16 bucati, se pune in mijloc cate un patratel de branza feta, alt soi, sau chiar o crema de branza, si se fac bilute din fiecare patratel. Se pun in tava, se dau cu putin ou batut si se presara chimen+susan deasupra. Se dau la cuptor, pana se rumenesc si devin aurii si pufoase. Si gata.

Combinatia nr.2:
Foaia de aluat se imparte tot in 16 patratele. Se face o pasta din branza maruntita, smanatana si un ou. Se pune aluatul in tava de muffins, ca niste cosulete, in care se pune pasta de branza. Se presara chimenul si susanul deasupra si se dau la cuptor. Cand sunt gata se scot si se lasa la racit.

Combinatie nr.3:
Foaia de aluat se imparte in 4 de data asta. Se face separat un maglavais, ce poate consta in orice, de la carne tocata cu sos de rosii, la varza calita, ciuperci sotate sau branza. Va iesi ceva asemanator merdenelei. In mijlocul patratului de aluat se amplaseaza amestecul, si se pliaza marginile in diagonala. Se rasucesc bine, ca sa nu iasa amestecul. Se dau cu ou batut si se presara la sfarsit sare si susan Se dau la cuptor pana devin aurii. Acestea pot fi considerate si ca un pranz, sunt mai consistente decat saratelele anterioare.

This recipe shows 3 ways one can use frozen batter, to obtain some great snack. It’s an easy alternative if you don’t have all day to stay in the kitchen preparing something for your guests. All three combinations are going well with beer or wine.

Ingredients:
– one sheet of frozen pie batter.
– one egg;
– sesame seeds, cumin and salt;
– and stuffings: minced meat with tomato sauce, cabbagge or cheese cream.

First combo:
Cut the batter in 16 even squares. Put some feta cheese in the middle, and then gather them in small balls. Place them on a tray, on a baking sheet. Cover them with some eggwash, and sprinkle some cumin and sesame on top. Keep them in the oven until they became golden and fluffy. And done!

Second combo:
Cut the batter in 16 even squares. Make a creamcheese from shredded cheese, sour cream and one egg. Use a muffin tray, and place the squares like small baskets. Add the cheese filling in them, and sprinkle sesame and cumin on top. Put it in the oven until they are golden and the cheese has a crust. Let them cool a little bit before taking them out.

Third combo:
Cut the batter in 4 squares. Make a filling, from minced meat with tomato sauce, or some cooked cabbage, or even some cheese mixture. In the middle of the squares place about 3-4 spoons ofthe mixture, and close the batter. First in diagonal, and them press the edges together. After it’s closed good, add some eggwash and sprinkle the sesame seeds. Put it in the oven until the exterior is golden and crunchy. It’s very conssisten and delicious. Easily goes for a lunch.
